What the Builder Provides
- Pad and site prep
Pour the concrete pad per spec, finish grade, direct drainage away from the unit, and maintain clearances. - Conduit and rough-in
Run electrical conduit to the service panel and transfer switch location. Include low-voltage conduit if remote monitoring is planned. - Automatic transfer switch (ATS)
Supply and install the ATS per Oklahoma Generator specifications. Leave panel space and label as noted in the plan set. - Gas line by licensed plumber
Route and size the fuel line to meet BTU and pressure requirements. Install the shutoff where specified. - Access and scheduling
Coordinate access for set day, provide a driveway or path for equipment, and confirm inspection windows. - Permits within your scope
Handle building permits, HOA coordination, and any site approvals that fall under the general contract.
